Intimacy, at your own pace.

Quietfire — evidence-based intimacy education for adults. Consent, communication, body literacy, and practical skills.

Consent & Boundaries

Start with clear agreement

Consent is not a one-time box to check. It is active, specific, freely given, and reversible — a shared, ongoing process of agreement and comfort, with room to slow down or stop at any time.

Agreement can change as comfort changes.

Match the moment to the right move

Consent situations are not all the same. Pick the one closest to yours — you can start with more than one.

Your yes is clear and freely given

A clear, freely given yes means you can continue — and keep checking in. Agreement stays active: keep it easy to slow down, pause, or change your mind at any time.

You are uncertain, or the yes has changed

Uncertainty and changed comfort are part of consent, not a failure of it. Pause and ask a direct question — a yes that is specific and reversible is the only kind that counts.

You feel pressured, afraid, or unable to refuse

If fear, pressure, or the inability to say no freely is present, stop the interaction and make safety the priority. This is a safety situation — not a communication problem to push through.

Safety note

If you feel pressured, afraid, frozen, or unable to say no freely, stop and prioritize safety over continuing the interaction.
